An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading independent UK hospitality business in a newly created role to oversee their contact centre business. Our client is one of the largest privately owned hotel and resorts groups in the UK with an impressive portfolio comprising in excess of 30 prestigious hotels and 9 luxury resorts located throughout the UK and Spain. Reporting into the Chief Executive the Head of Contact Centre will be accountable for developing the vision and executing the strategy of the contact centre business, responsible for the people and sales management of the central reservation teams.
The Head of Contact Centre will demonstrate successful contact management experience alongside good working knowledge of contact centre technologies. They will have the ability to work with key senior stakeholders to enhance technology, enable change and improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness whilst at all times delivering an outstanding customer experience across all channels.
A key requirement is excellent attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of data collected, reporting back to senior stakeholders. With full budget responsibility, the ability to manage resources and operating costs effectively is essential. The Head of Contact Centre will create a high performing culture, leading, motivating and inspiring their teams to meet and exceed sales targets consistently delivering the highest quality customer service.
The Head of Contact Centre will demonstrate proven contact management experience within a fast paced, high quality, customer centred environment with the ability to drive change, develop and deliver large scale projects on time and within budget. They will be commercially focussed and inspirational with the ability to deliver and exceed expectations, self-motivated with excellent communication and digital innovation skills.
