Arecibo are recruiting for a Head Housekeeper. Our client is a beautiful 40 bedroom hotel set in the heart of Ludlow. The 4 star Hotel boasts conference facilities, a restaurant, tea room and bar lounge.
As an experienced Housekeeping Manager you will with a passion for delivering customer excellence, you will have great leadership qualities you and be able to build strong working relationships within your team and work alongside all departments within the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in bedrooms, corridors and across all public areas whilst ensuring that health and safety standards are adhered to.
- Responsible for staff rotas, development and motivation.
