As Head Chef you will have demonstrable experience in a similar position and environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management including staff management, catering outlets, conference and banqueting, health and safety and hygiene compliance, as well as achieving the hotel food GP target; maintaining efficient manning to revenue targets & business needs; stock control;
Your people skills and leadership will ensure that your brigade are well trained and work as a team, with a passion to exceed guest expectations.
