Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a Restaurant Manager for our client, a luxury 4 star hotel, one of the finest in the Aberdeen area. The hotel boasts over 25 bedrooms, meeting and conference facilities, a fabulous 2 AA rosette restaurant and is set within its own ancient grounds offering unrivalled views and breath-taking surroundings.
The venue is a 4 star, 2 Rosette awarded restaurant located within a historic country house hotel set in over 2,400 acres of land.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
As a Head Chef, you will have demonstrable rosette experience, strong leadership qualities and management experience within the kitchen. You will have an eye for detail and immaculate presentation standards alongside the passion to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Key to this role will be the ability to manage a busy kitchen and brigade with a focus on both quality and quantity. You will be responsible for managing costs in the kitchen, in particular those around food GP and working within manning parameters. Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy kitchen in line with current legislation will also be key.
