Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a General Manager for our client, a luxury resort offering a wide variety of self-catering properties including large villas, spacious apartments and cosy Scandinavian style chalets positioned around a 9-hole, par 3 golf course.
The Resort also boasts a restaurant, bar and lounge as well as indoor heated swimming pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas. An ideal location for exploring the Cairngorms.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience at similar or larger properties and at least 5 years as General Manager. You will have an entrepreneurial attitude and have successfully taken the property on a journey demonstrating real improvements and added value through guest service, team development and profit growth. You will be commercially astute and results driven with a great track record and talk confidently about delivering results that matter.
