This picturesque property is set in breath-taking gardens and boasts superb guest accommodation and stylish meeting and function rooms making it perfect for weddings, celebrations, conferences and events. The hotel hosts circa 120 weddings a year and so we are looking for a proven Food & Beverage Operations Manager with strong leadership skills, a “can do” attitude and a passion for delivering service excellence and a customer experience that is second to none. You will have demonstrable experience in food and beverage and event management and MICE with the ability to recruit and train an industry leading team.
