Food & Beverage Manager - Windermere

Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for a talented Food and Beverage Manager for our client, a luxury 4 star, rosette awarded hotel and spa set in the heart of the picturesque Lake District. As Food & Beverage Manager you will join their well established team to lead the food and beverage function.

The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and have a passion for delivering consistently high levels of guest satisfaction. With strong leadership skills the Food and Beverage Manager will be able to both encourage and challenge their team to consistently deliver the company brand standards and exceed guest expectations. The Food and Beverage Manager will have experience of both high volume and high quality food and beverage offerings. 

The role will involve:

• Management of the food and beverage team 
• Full responsibility of all food and beverage outlets 
• Overseeing Health and Safety 
• Implementation of company core standards for the bars, restaurant and conference departments
• Management of the bars
• Management of staff rotas
• Staff recruitment and training
