Arecibo is recruiting for a Regional Director of Sales to join our client’s well established and successful sales team. Our client boasts an impressive collection of 4 and 5 star properties, the unique portfolio includes golf and leisure properties and is a leading choice for corporate clients, weddings, events and short breaks. Our client is looking for a passionate and driven senior sales professional with experience of working across multiple sites to effectively lead the regional sales requirement ensuring the delivery of hotels sales budgets.
The Regional Director of Sales will work with senior management teams to define, develop and implement the sales strategy for the regional portfolio of properties. You will identify existing and target market segments for each hotel and align sales actions to achieve targets. The Director of Sales will ultimately be responsible for the achievement of regional hotels sales budgets, new business targets and KPIs.
