Arecibo are recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our client, a luxury country estate in Perthshire. The property boasts a combination of luxury bedrooms and self-catering lodges, spa and leisure facilities and an award winning restaurant and whisky bar. The estate is set in 27 acres of parkland with stunning views, located a few miles from Gleneagles.
As Chef de Partie you will become an integral member of a successful kitchen brigade supporting the Senior Chefs/Head Chef. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be passionate about food. The hotel offers the opportunity to work with local produce, creating regularly changing menus and function menus whilst delivering consistently excellent service in a refreshing working environment.
