Arecibo are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for our award winning hospitality client and wedding venue based just outside Gretna Green. Our client is a leading luxury hotel and wedding venue offering a picturesque and romantic setting for both small, intimate weddings as well as larger gatherings. The venue is award winning, steeped in family history and having dated back to circa 1740 offers unique and charming surroundings. The venue boasts luxury accommodation including bridal suites, restaurant, bar and function rooms catering for the full wedding package.
As Chef de Partie you will become an integral member of a successful kitchen brigade supporting the Head Chef. You will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be passionate about food with experience of working as part of a team in a busy kitchen. The venue offers a menu of classic dishes, wedding breakfasts, function menus, breakfast and lunches all prepared with fresh, local produce.
